(May 27th, 2015 Taipei News) Mr. Raymond Soong , chairman of Diodes Inc (Nasdaq : DIOD) and Lite-On Semiconductor(TWSE :5305), led Diodes’ CEO Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, Vice chairman, Mr. C.H. Chen and the management team to ring the opening bell of Nasdaq in Times Square for the third time as of May 26th, 2015. Lite-On Semiconductor holds about 17% of Diodes’ shares, and Diodes Inc is the Golden Egg of LSC in return.
