Liteon Semiconductor is a leading manufacturer of Opto-electronic device components and semiconductor solutions. The company operates in three major business divisions - image, discrete components and foundry. In year 2004,Image division contributed about 59% of total revenue and discrete about 41%, the foundry business was acquired in June 2005.
Our image products are CMOS camera modules (CCM), color contact image sensors (CIS), monochrome CIS. Our discrete semiconductor products include diodes, thyristors, transient voltage suppressors (TVS) and rectifiers. Our foundry products are analog and power management integrated circuits (IC).
We were founded in 1990 with NT$ 198,820,000 in total capital. In 1995, we were listed on the Taiwan OTC market and moved to the Taiwan Stock Exchange main board in July 2004.
